We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. A flat rate shipping fee of $25 NZD will be added to orders within New Zealand.

  • A tracking number will be provided to you via email once the product ships.
  • NZ purchases cannot be shipped internationally, nor to NZ outer Islands i.e. Chatham, Stewart Islands. We can ship right to your door within 10 working days.
  • Delivery is offered New Zealand wide (excluding NZ outer Islands i.e. Chatham, Stewart Islands) and takes up to ten business days.
Returns
Goods can be returned within 7 days for a full refund (not including shipping costs). It is the responsibility of the customer to return the unused goods (including the cost) in their original packaging using a safe and secure method to return the goods.

Once we have received the items, we will refund the customer using the original payment method. Where the goods have been damaged in transit or are not returned in an as new condition, a refund will not be provided.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in good condition.
  • All parts and accessories must be included.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
