When placing an order with battle dartz, you agree to accept the below terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Certain legislation in New Zealand may provide consumer guarantees or impose obligations on Springfree Trampoline Australia Pty Ltd which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, or only to a limited extent.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to such legislation, including without limitation the New Zealand Consumer Law.

Shipping

We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. A flat rate shipping fee of $25 NZD will be added to orders within New Zealand.
  • A tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail once the product ships.
  • NZ purchases cannot be shipped internationally, nor to NZ outer Islands i.e. Chatham, Stewart Islands. We can ship right to your door within 10 working days.
  • Delivery is offered New Zealand wide (excluding NZ outer Islands i.e. Chatham, Stewart Islands) and takes up to ten business days.

Returns

Goods can be returned within 7 days for a full refund (not including shipping costs). It is the responsibility of the customer to return the unused goods (including the cost) in their original packaging using a safe and secure method to return the goods.

Once we have received the items, we will refund the customer using the original payment method. Where the goods have been damaged in transit or are not returned in an as new condition, a refund will not be provided.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in good condition.
  • All parts and accessories must be included.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

How Discounts Work

We may offer:

Primary promotions (cross-out pricing): Automatic discounts already reflected in the displayed price.

Secondary promo codes: Extra discount codes entered at checkout.

Discount Order

If both apply to your order:

The cross-out (primary) discount is applied first; then

The promo code discount is applied to the already reduced price.

Promo codes are always calculated on the discounted (not original) price unless stated otherwise.

Example

Original price: $100

Cross-out price (20% off): $80

Promo code (10% off): $72 final price

Key Conditions

Only one promo code can be used per order (unless stated otherwise).

Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Some products may be excluded from promotions.

We may update or withdraw promotions at any time.

Promotions are subject to availability and system validation.
